Key Accounts Manager (Hunter role)
The purpose of this role is to generate, maintain and grow Key Accounts to achieve overall Sales Targets set.
Key Task Areas:
- Should have a live portfolio of potential customers who can be onboarded, to hit the ground running
- Identify and participate in RFQ bids of large potential Key Accounts
- Accurately forecasts future sales plans and must be able to prepare plans with changing market dynamics
- Must be able to work a Top-Down approach so that contact is maintained at decision maker levels
- Timely completion of all Sales reports
- Must be a team player who can work with colleagues to offer a best-in-class experience to the customer
- Lastly…. meeting sales budgets is sacrosanct
Qualifications and Skills :
- Preferably Business Graduates with a PG in marketing or any relevant course
- Must have a minimum of 5 years in field sales with a good track record on business generation and growth of Key Accounts. Dubai experience in a freight forwarding company is mandatory along with a UAE driver’s license
- Should know the competition well along with contacts at carriers and service providers
- Good inter-personal skills and must be a self-motivator
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
- Good English language skills viz. written and spoken
